It features a fully adjustable headband with deluxe leatherette padded ear muff/s that completely surround the ear/s insuring a firm comfortable fit.  The microphone boom rotates 270 degrees permiting the mic to come from either the left or right ear.  In addition when the boom is in the vertical position, the mic automatically mutes.
